02Technical SEO audit & fixes

Make your website easy for Google to understand.

Before content or links can help, Google has to be able to crawl your site, understand what each page is about and trust that it's the right answer. Technical SEO removes the hidden problems that get in the way: often a handful of fixes that affect every page.

AProblems it fixes

Signs this is holding you back.

  1. 01

    Important pages aren't indexed

Stray “noindex” tags, blocked sections in robots.txt or a missing sitemap can keep your best listings or service pages out of Google entirely.

  2. 02

Titles and descriptions that say nothing

“Home” and “Services” as page titles, duplicated descriptions, several H1s per page: Google has to guess what you do and where.

  3. 03

    Broken links and redirect chains

Old property URLs that 404, links to pages that moved twice. They waste crawl budget and frustrate visitors.

  4. 04

    No structured data

Without schema markup (LocalBusiness, RealEstateAgent, FAQ), you miss chances to give Google clear facts about your business.

BWhat we do

The work, step by step.

  1. 01

    Full crawl and audit

We crawl your site the way a search engine does and combine it with Google's own data to find what's actually holding you back.

  2. 02

    Prioritised fix plan

Every issue is ranked by likely impact on enquiries, not by how many warnings a tool shows. You see what we'll fix first and why.

  3. 03

    Hands-on fixes

We implement the fixes directly (or with your developer): titles, meta descriptions, headings, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps and robots rules.

  4. 04

    Schema markup

Structured data for your business, services, listings and FAQs, validated against Google's guidelines.

DFAQ

Questions, answered

How long does a technical SEO project take?

For most business websites the audit takes about a week, and the core fixes are done within the first month. Larger sites or those needing developer changes can take longer, and we'll tell you up front.

Do you need access to our website?

For fixes, yes: usually a user account on your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and so on) and access to Google Search Console. We can also work alongside your developer if you prefer.

Will fixing technical issues increase our rankings?

It removes barriers, which often helps, but it doesn't guarantee a ranking change on its own. That's why technical work is the foundation of our plans, followed by local SEO and content.
