How buyers search

Clients search by style, property and budget.

Some arrive with a look in mind, some with a property, some with a budget question. Examples of the patterns worth building pages for:

  • luxury interior designer Dubai

Broad and crowded. Worth appearing for eventually, but rarely the best place to start.

  • villa interior design Emirates Hills

Property type plus community. Specific, high value and usually less contested.

  • modern Arabic interior design

A style search: a client looking for the look you're known for. A project page that names the style can meet it.

  • office interior design Business Bay

Commercial work has different buyers, budgets and decision makers. It deserves its own page.

  • restaurant interior designer Dubai

Hospitality clients search by venue type, and they want to see venues you've done.

  • interior design cost per square foot Dubai

A budgeting question. An honest guide to how studios price work builds trust before the first meeting.

Examples of how people search, not search volume data. We check real demand for your services and areas before recommending any page.

Problems we see

Where studio websites lose clients.

Design-led websites often look right and still say very little to Google. The free audit checks each of these.

  • A portfolio Google sees as empty

Galleries of photos with a project name and nothing else. To Google, a page with twenty images and forty words is thin, however good the work is.

Audit checks:Thin contentImage descriptions (alt text)

  • Beautiful images, slow pages

Full-resolution renders and photos straight from the shoot can make a project page slow to open, and clients browsing on a phone won't wait for it.

Audit checks:Oversized imagesTime until the main content appears

  • One page for residential, commercial and hospitality

A villa owner and a restaurant group want different things. A single services page can't be the best answer to both of their searches.

    Audit checks:Dedicated service pages

  • Nothing ties the studio to where you work

If your projects are in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills and Jumeirah but the site never says so, Google has little to connect you with searches there.

Audit checks:Pages for the areas you serve

  • Great work, few reviews

Studios complete a handful of long, high-value projects a year, so reviews build slowly unless every client is asked at handover.

    Audit checks:Google reviews and rating

  • No quick way to ask about a project

A contact form on one page and no WhatsApp button. A client who has just fallen for one of your projects needs an easy way to ask about theirs.

What we do

Keep the look. Add what Google needs.

None of this means filling your site with keywords. It means giving each project and service the words that explain it.

  1. 01

    Project pages with substance

For each featured project: the brief, the property, the challenge, materials and key decisions, and a description of each image. Written with your designers, so it reads like the studio, not like an SEO.

    Content & service/location pages
  2. 02

    Pages for how clients search

Residential, villa, office and hospitality design pages, plus the communities you work in most, each linking to the projects that prove it.

    Content & service/location pages
  3. 03

Galleries that stay sharp and load fast

Modern image formats, the right size for each screen and images that load as you scroll, so a portfolio looks as good on a phone as on a monitor.

Website speed & Core Web Vitals
  4. 04

A studio profile on Google Maps

The right category and services, project photos added regularly, and a review request at every handover.

Local SEO & Google Business Profile
  5. 05

    Press and supplier mentions

Design publications, the brands and suppliers you specify, and industry events are natural, relevant sources of links for a studio.

    Authority & link building

What we track

Consultation requests, by project and by service.

So you can see which kind of work Google brings you, not only how many people looked.

  • Consultation requests

Form enquiries with the page they came from, so you know whether villas or offices bring the work.

  • WhatsApp and calls

Taps on WhatsApp and phone links from project and service pages.

  • Maps actions

Calls, website clicks and direction requests, which matter if clients visit your studio or showroom.

  • Project page visits

Which projects people find from Google search, from Google Search Console.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Most of our clients find us on Instagram. Why bother with Google?

Instagram is where people admire work; Google is often where they go when they're ready to hire and want to compare studios. The two work together: a strong website gives Instagram visitors somewhere to check you out, and Google brings clients who don't follow you yet.

Will adding text spoil the look of our portfolio?

It doesn't have to. The words can sit below the images as a short story of the brief and the decisions. A good project page reads like a case study, not like an SEO page.

Some clients want privacy. Can we still show their projects?

Only with their permission. Many studios describe the property type and community without naming the owner or showing identifying details. We'll work within whatever your client agreements allow.

Should residential and commercial work share one website?

Usually yes, but on separate pages with separate projects. The buyers, the budgets and the searches are different, and each page should speak to one of them.

Do we need a new website?

Not necessarily. For many studios, improving the existing site is enough. If the current platform makes fast, well-described project pages impossible, we'll say so and quote a rebuild. The free audit is a good first check.
