How we did it

Method, in plain words.

What we check
Each audit crawls up to 50 pages of the website with our own crawler, which respects robots.txt and says who it is. It also runs Google's PageSpeed Insights test on mobile. It scores eight parts: speed, mobile and security, on-page SEO, images, links, indexability, structured data and local SEO.
Who is included
Dubai real estate agencies and property management companies that we found through Google Maps searches (the official Google Places API) and audited. We chose which businesses to look at, so this is not a random sample of every agency in Dubai.
One business, one audit
Each business counts once, with its latest audit. Only audits scored with our current method count (since 28 September 2026). Free audits that people request on this website, and businesses that contacted us, are left out.
Google Maps position
The position is where the business appeared in the Google Maps search that found it, when we found it. Businesses without a known position are left out of that figure.
Privacy
No business is named, and no figure is shown for a group smaller than 10. The page stays offline until enough businesses have been audited.
Kept up to date
The figures are recalculated from the audits automatically, at most once an hour, so they change as we audit more businesses. Latest audit included: 29 September 2026. They describe websites as we found them; they are not a forecast of anyone's rankings.
