What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages, such as that you are signed in. Similar browser storage works the same way and is covered here too.

The short version

We only use cookies that are needed for the site and the system to do what you ask of them. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data. We count visits to wdgrowth.com without any cookies, as explained below. Under the KVKK cookie guide, cookies that are strictly needed for a service you asked for do not require consent, which is why we show a notice instead of asking you to accept. Their legal basis is performing the service you requested and our legitimate interest in a working, secure site (KVKK article 5(2)(c) and (f)).

Cookies we use

wd_cur (wdgrowth.com) remembers whether to show prices in Turkish lira or US dollars while you browse. Deleted when you close the browser.

sb-…-auth-token (wdgrowth.com/app) keeps you signed in to your account after you sign in, and briefly holds a security code while a sign-in is in progress. By default it is deleted when you close the browser; if you tick “Keep me signed in on this device”, it stays until you sign out.

wd_keep (wdgrowth.com/app) set only if you tick “Keep me signed in on this device”, to remember that choice. Kept for 1 year or until you sign in without ticking it.

wd_next (wdgrowth.com/app) when you pick a plan before having an account, remembers that plan while you sign up, so you come back to it. Kept for 1 hour, deleted once used.

wd_pay (wdgrowth.com/app) when you pay, carries the name, email and mobile number you entered at checkout to the page our payment institution iyzico sends you back to, and then to setup, where it fills in your number. Only our server can read it, and it is never put in the address bar. Kept for 1 hour.

wd_lang (wdgrowth.com/app) remembers the language you chose for the system. Kept for 1 year.

wd_demo (wdgrowth.com/app) lets you look around the live demo without an account. Kept for 2 hours, or until you leave the demo.

wd_view_clinic (wdgrowth.com/app) used only by the WDgrowth team, to remember which business they are helping. Kept for 8 hours.

In your browser’s storage we also keep: whether you closed the cookie notice; in the system, your Copilot chat for the open tab (deleted when you close it) and the language you chose for voice. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Visit counting, without cookies

To know how many people visit wdgrowth.com and which pages and buttons help them (for example, seeing the plans or choosing one), we use Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It does not keep your IP address and does not identify you: a visit is recognised only within the same day, by a code that is deleted after 24 hours. We only see totals, such as the number of visitors, the pages they open, their country and device type. It runs on wdgrowth.com only, not inside the system. Other companies

When you pay, the card form is provided by our payment institution iyzico, which may set its own cookies needed for the payment and to prevent fraud. When you sign in with Google, that step happens on Google’s pages. Their own cookie policies apply there.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings at any time. If you block the sign-in cookie, you won’t be able to use your account; the rest of the website still works. Visit counting sets no cookies; if your browser or an ad blocker stops it, the site works just the same.

If we ever want to add cookies that are not strictly needed, such as analytics, we will ask first, with “Accept” and “Reject” offered equally, and nothing will be set unless you accept.
