- It says it is an AIIn its first reply on WhatsApp, and at the start of every call, it tells people they are talking to your clinic’s AI receptionist. Callers also hear that the call is recorded. Asked whether they are talking to a person, it answers honestly.
- It answers only from what you approveIt is set up to use only the services, prices, hours and answers you enter and check in setup. If it is not sure, it says so and passes the question to your team. It stays off until every must-have is done.
- It never diagnosesIt never diagnoses, recommends medicine or gives treatment advice. Signs of an emergency, strong pain, or anyone asking for a person are flagged to your team at once.
- Your team can always step inYou see every conversation in your dashboard, and you can pause the receptionist for any conversation so your team handles it.
- Where patient messages are storedConversations are stored in our database in Frankfurt (EU), kept separate from every other business’s data. To answer, parts of a conversation are processed by named providers: OpenAI for replies, ElevenLabs for calls and Twilio for phone lines, in the USA; WhatsApp messages go through YCloud, an official Meta WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (Singapore), to Meta.
- Never used to train AIWe do not use your patients’ conversations to train AI models, and we do not sell data or use it for advertising.
- Your clinic stays in controlUnder KVKK, your clinic is the data controller for its patients’ data, and WDgrowth processes it for you only to answer and book. Questions about data: info@wdgrowth.com.
